Located just a mere 8 minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the New Keio Line, you can be whisked to Shinjuku Station, the largest transportation hub in Tokyo, 2 stations later, with links to the rest of Tokyo’s rail, highway bus and airports. This location also has excellent city bus service linking Shinjuku, Nakano, Asagaya, Shibuya, and Yoyogi. If you want to explore Tokyo, it would be hard to find a more convenient and central location.

Area Information

The Hatagaya area has excellent access to shopping, supermarkets, gyms, great restaurants and night life, including many Japanese Izakaya’s. There are many local cafes open until late at night. Several convenience stores, 100-yen shops and an interesting variety of small stores and shops are all located in or around Hatagaya Station.

Famous Yoyogi Park (one of the largest in Tokyo) and Meiji Jingo Shrine are bike distance. The New National Theater (ballet, dance and opera) and Park Hyatt Tokyo (where Lost In Translation was filmed) are also located in this area.

Hatagaya is part of Shibuya ku, even though it is located just 4 minutes from Shinjuku. This location has access to most of central Tokyo by bicycle.

Shinjuku Station, one of the main 3 transit hubs for all of Tokyo, has the largest number of connection

For Short Term rentals, 1 month or less, the Short Term Daily Rental Rate applies and includes all charges
Utilities: Short Term rentals, 1 to 3 months, add ¥15,000 / month for 1 person, ¥20,000 / month for 2 people

Additional Charges for Short Term Contracts:
Less than 3 month contract: ¥ 3,000 / month additional charge
